Unit keeps kicking off on high limit due to restricted airflow. Filter is causing too much of an air restriction. Removed filter and unit is working at this time. Recommend using cheaper air filters with more airflow
Technician was shown to downstairs common bathroom. Customer explained that it had been leaking from the supply line, show technician an invoice from previous technician who wrote down the fill valve and supply line needed to be replaced. New fill valve and supply line were installed and tested ensuring proper function and no leaks. Customer expressed concerns for the water softening system that was in the basement flashing in our pool. He request company reach out to him to try and schedule an appointment for an inspection of the water softener system. Customer had tech inspect 4 inch cast iron why in the basement for the sewage line. Tech observed a small crack where corrosion was starting to form. Customer would like to be given a price on Repairing the ceiling as well as an estimate for replacing the sewer line removing all cast-iron in the basement as well as in the yard up to the city tie in
Technician arrived shut off gas to the house at the meter. Powered down water heater changed water heater gas shut off valve. Once installation was complete guess coming into house which turned back on. Line was blade of air and HVAC unit as well as hot water heater were tested to ensure that they were firing and functioning properly. There are no leaks or malfunctions at this time. Customer renewed membership plan.
New Furnace and ac install
Technician arrived and customer explained that both sinks had been backing up after extended use of water. Technician offered options and was given authorization to snake the line. Tech snaked out the line via pistol snake, working snake back-and-forth with multiple passes. Upon completion of snaking, sink traps were cleaned. Once Drain system was reassembled it was flushed with hot water numerous times flushing any debris left in the lines out. Then again cold water was flushed through lines ensuring that no leaks were present.
Cut open sheet rock ceiling where leak was - could not find a leak currently Ran tub with customer moving around in for multiple minutes Ran shower head for multiple minutes Let system sit pressurized to check for water line leaks - hot side should be replaced because of condition of piping - found no current leaks Could not find a current leak- believe there might have been an accidental spill or the shower caulking has gone bad
Install thermostat and complete annual heat inspection on Goodman furnace. Unit has some rust on heat exchanger but everything is in good working condition. No C.O readings in house. Unit does not have a filter which is causing blower motor to get blocked with dirt. Needs new filter asap. 20x24x1 or 20x24x4

Duct cleaning *while on site customer mentioned interest on moving laundry down to the basement. Water supply from kitchen sink is in vicinity, however customer expressed having the desire to install a laundry sink next to the units. (See picture of basement 08/19/19)
Newer carrier unit had no a/c. Found bad capacitor and replaced. Unit is working at this time.

Plumbing repair for residential customer for water leak detection. Customer had water lead and could not find it. Damp and moldy areas around the home drywall showing water damage. Diagnose pipe leak. Perform pressure and acoustic test. Shut off water valve, apply pipe repair clamp and replace damaged section of pipe.
Installed a new bathtub trip waist and drain for a residential customer.
Customer had a leaking kitchen faucet. We replaced it with a brand new faucet and dish soap dispenser.
Customer had a leaking gate valve, cut out old one and installed a new 1/2in ball valve.
